RATES and insurance

Rates are displayed at a single day rate which excludes the (.13% HST) that is applicable upon rental. Items are also available ala carte style! In the event your production team needs a single item please contact the KalKaden family and we can have that sorted out. A COI of minimum $1,000,000 is required for any rental. All E-Transfer payments must be paid to KalKadenProductions@gmail.com

terms and conditions

All payments must be paid on Net-30 terms or Cash upon pickup. First time renters have the ability to collect a 10% discount ofF their rental. If payment exceeds the Net-30 terms, an additional 5% interest fee will be applied to the order per day. All equipment drop offs must be made within the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm during Monday - Friday. Please notify in writing or via email with a KalKaden staff member the status of your pickup and drop off in order to help equipment management.

ADDITIONAL CREW

A Driver from KalKaden Productions will be available upon request if last minute drop offs are needed. A fee of $0.50/km is applied for any time spent on the road with a KalKaden driver. If a Driver is required, we do ask that there is at least a 24 hours notice in order for a KalKaden staff member to properly accommodate your needs. Drivers will be hired for a maximum 12+1 at a rate of $280 + HST. A Swing is also available to come with the rental at an additional fee of $325/day + HST at a maximum of 12+1. Producer must provide lunch and crafty for the KalKaden staff member.
